Bill admin is easy to ignore. That is how overpaying happens.
Contracts end. Prices rise. Intro offers disappear. Renewal dates get missed. Most people only notice when the bill has already gone up.
Taupia keeps watching your household bills, so you know what changed, what could cost less, and when something is worth reviewing.

Quick answers before you start
Can I pay all my utilities in one payment through Taupia?
Taupia gives you one place to organise your bills, while you continue to pay each supplier directly. It does not collect a combined payment. Housemates can record their shares and settlements in Taupia, but transfer money to each other outside the app.
What bills can I manage in Taupia?
Keep details for energy, broadband, mobile, water, council tax and TV Licence in Taupia. You can compare available energy, broadband and mobile deals. Water, council tax and TV Licence have their own setup and guidance steps. Features and available actions vary by category, address and platform; personal mobile bills stay separate from shared household bills.
Can Taupia track renewal dates and alert me before one lands?
Yes. Contract end dates sit against each bill, and Taupia alerts you before a renewal or contract end so you can act before a default rate or price rise catches you out. In a shared house the whole household gets the warning, not just whoever set the bill up. Acting on it is still your call: Taupia never switches on its own.
Can Taupia split bills between housemates?
Yes, and not only down the middle. Your household sets the split rule: each member is given a percentage of a bill, and the percentages have to total 100%, so unequal rooms, a couple sharing one room, or one person at home all week can be priced in. Change the rule whenever the household changes. See /learn-more/bill-splitting-questions-answered for which rule suits which bill.
Does Taupia track who has paid their share?
Housemates record a settlement and the person they paid confirms it, so the household can see who has paid and which shares are settled. The supplier account holder continues to pay the supplier. Taupia does not move the money or change the account holder's responsibility for the bill.
Can I compare bills from this page?
Yes. Use the energy, broadband, and mobile routes to check whether your current bill still looks competitive.
Is Taupia only for switching?
No. Taupia is designed for ongoing bill management, so you can understand, track, compare, and switch only when it makes sense.
Where should I start if I am moving home?
Start with /move-home for the move-in setup flow, then use Taupia to keep managing your household bills after you are settled.
Manage bills with fewer surprises
Bring your household bills into Taupia, split them on the rule your household sets, see who has paid, and get an alert before a renewal or contract end.
