Waitlist Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how the Taupia waitlist works and how we provide early access to our services. The waitlist is operated by Moley AI Ltd ("Moley AI", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16655420 with its registered office at Flat 7, 60 Great Eastern Street, London, England, EC2A 3QR.

By joining the waitlist you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not join the waitlist.

To join the waitlist you must:

i. be at least 18 years old;

ii. reside in the United Kingdom; and

iii. have the authority to act on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

Employees and contractors of Moley AI or its suppliers who are involved in administering the waitlist may not participate. We may refuse or remove entries that do not meet these requirements.

To join you must submit a valid email address via our website and confirm any verification email we send. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

You may be invited to submit optional information (for example, referral codes or billing insights) to help us tailor future services. Providing this information is voluntary.

Your place in the waitlist depends on when you join and on any optional activities you choose to complete (such as referring friends or answering surveys). These activities are designed to help us understand interest in the service; they are not part of any prize promotion and do not guarantee rewards.

We may review and adjust positions to prevent abuse, ensure fairness, or reflect system errors. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Taupia service or to specific launch dates. We may limit access in phases and may remove accounts that breach these terms.

From time to time we may offer optional actions, such as referrals, surveys, or content submissions, that can help you move up the waitlist. Participation is voluntary and subject to any instructions provided with each activity. We may withdraw, replace, or amend these activities at any time.

Any guidance we provide about potential movement in the queue is indicative only. Actual movement depends on overall participation and review of submissions.

By joining the waitlist you consent to us contacting you by email (and any other channel you expressly authorise) with updates about your position, product announcements, surveys, and service information. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time, but we may still send essential service communications relating to your waitlist status.

We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes how we collect, store, and use your data, and your rights in relation to it.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued participation in the waitlist after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
