NUPFC Launch Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the NUPFC Launch Prize Draw operated by Moley AI Ltd, trading as Taupia, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16655420, whose registered office is at Flat 7, 60 Great Eastern Street, London, England, EC2A 3QR.

By entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms.

The promoter is Moley AI Ltd trading as Taupia.

The National Union of Professional Foster Carers ("NUPFC") is an affiliate and member benefit partner of Taupia. Eligible NUPFC members may receive exclusive member benefits through Taupia.

NUPFC may receive commission from Taupia in connection with qualifying switches completed by members using the NUPFC referral arrangement.

Entry into the prize draw and completion of a Qualifying Energy Switch are also subject to Taupia's general Terms and Conditions.

The prize draw is open to individuals who:

1. are aged 18 or over;
2. are resident in England, Wales or Scotland;
3. are NUPFC members;
4. use the NUPFC referral code, link or member plan made available by Taupia; and
5. complete a Qualifying Energy Switch during the Promotion Period.

Employees, officers, contractors or agents of Taupia, NUPFC, suppliers connected with the prize draw, and their immediate family members or households, are not eligible to enter.

The prize draw opens on 08/05/2026 and closes at 23:59 UK time on 31 May 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be valid.

Eligible entrants will receive one automatic entry into the prize draw when they complete a Qualifying Energy Switch through Taupia during the Promotion Period using the NUPFC referral code, link or member plan.

No payment is required to Taupia to enter the prize draw.

Only one entry is permitted per Qualifying Energy Switch and per energy supply address.

A Qualifying Energy Switch means a completed energy switch through Taupia which Taupia determines, acting reasonably, is valid and for which Taupia has received confirmation and/or payment from the relevant third-party provider.

A switch will not qualify if it is cancelled, reversed, rejected by the supplier, fraudulent, incomplete, made using false details, or otherwise does not comply with Taupia's app terms and conditions.

Taupia's records and tracking systems will be used to determine whether a Qualifying Energy Switch has occurred.

There is one prize available.

The winner will receive £137 towards their energy bill.

The prize may be provided by Taupia in the form of:

• bank transfer;
• bill reimbursement;
• supplier account credit;
• voucher; or
• another equivalent payment method determined by Taupia acting reasonably.

Taupia will determine the method used to fulfil the prize and may require reasonable information or evidence from the winner in order to process the prize.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered, except that Taupia may substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within two months after the end of the Promotion Period.

The draw will be conducted fairly and using a random selection process.

The winner will be contacted using the email address, telephone number or app account details provided to Taupia.

The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within that period, Taupia may select an alternative winner.

Taupia may require proof of identity, age, address, NUPFC membership and/or completion of a Qualifying Energy Switch before awarding the prize.

Taupia will use reasonable efforts to deliver the prize within 30 days of the winner being confirmed and verified.

Taupia may publish or make available the winner's surname and county, where required by applicable advertising rules.

If the winner objects to this information being published or made available, they should contact Taupia at [email protected]. Taupia may still be required to provide this information to regulators.

Taupia will use entrants' personal data to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility, contact the winner and award the prize.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with Taupia's Privacy Policy.

Taupia reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, manipulated, submitted using false information, or otherwise in breach of these terms or Taupia's app terms and conditions.

Taupia reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, or where continuing the prize draw would create legal, regulatory, operational, technical or reputational risk.

Taupia is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected or not received due to technical issues or circumstances outside Taupia's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with the prize draw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
